We’ve had a week of sport – archery, a Multiskills Festival and rehearsals for our dance performance.  Archery was fun and everybody had a go!  It was a lot harder than first thought!  The Y2s went to SWR  on Tuesday to join lots of other Y2s from different schools to take part in a fun Multiskill Sports afternoon.  The Y1s are going next week.

Our Harry Potter World Book Day

Friday, March 3rd, 2017

We had a wonderful World Book Day dressed as characters from Harry Potter.  It was a magical day – the children took part in Care of Magical Creatures lessons ( the children held strange insects and a snake!), potion lessons, quidditch, Arithmancy and wand making in the school garden.  They visited Fouris and Blotts bookshop and chose a book to take home and tasted butterbeer.
